Data Deletion
You can request deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time.
What we store
Your account email, credit balance, and a history of your generations (prompts, model used, and the resulting image/video URLs). Uploaded source images and videos are stored in our file storage under your account.
Delete it yourself (fastest)
If you have an account, the fastest way to delete everything is from Account settings → Delete account. This immediately and permanently removes your credits, generation history, uploaded files, and generated results.
Request deletion instead
Can't log in, or want us to handle it for you? Submit a request below and we'll delete your data within 30 days.
One limitation
Images/videos already generated are produced by third-party AI providers and briefly cached on their infrastructure. We delete our copies and references immediately; their own retention window is outside our control.
What we may retain
After deletion, we may keep a minimal amount of information only where necessary to comply with legal obligations (such as payment and tax records), to prevent fraud or abuse, to enforce our Terms, or to resolve disputes. To protect your account, we may first need to verify your identity or your control of the email address associated with the data before we act on a request.
