DMCA & Takedown Policy
Dirtybunny LLC respects the intellectual property and personal rights of others and responds promptly to valid takedown notices, including copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and reports of non-consensual imagery depicting a real person. We also maintain a policy of terminating repeat infringers.
Copyright takedown notice (DMCA)
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at legal@dirtybunny.ai that includes all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and its exact location (URL or generation ID) so we can find it;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Submitting a knowingly false notice may expose you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to legal@dirtybunny.ai that includes: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., any district in which we may be found) and to accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice. We may restore the content in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
Non-consensual imagery of a real person
Separate from copyright, if content depicts you or someone you are authorized to represent without consent — including intimate or “deepfake” imagery — report it to legal@dirtybunny.ai with a description of the content and its location. We remove verified non-consensual imagery promptly upon report and investigate the responsible account. You do not need to own a copyright to make this kind of report.
Our response
We review all takedown requests and aim to act on valid copyright claims within 48 hours, and to remove verified non-consensual imagery immediately upon report. We may remove or disable access to content, and we may notify the affected account holder.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we will disable or permanently terminate the accounts of users who are the subject of repeated valid takedown notices or who repeatedly violate the intellectual-property or likeness rights of others.
