DMCA & Takedown Policy

Dirtybunny respects the intellectual property and personal rights of others and responds promptly to valid takedown notices, including copyright infringement claims and reports of non-consensual imagery depicting a real person.

Filing a notice

To request removal of content, email legal@dirtybunny.ai with the following:

  • Your name and contact information
  • A description of the content and its exact location (URL or generation ID)
  • A statement explaining the basis for removal (copyright ownership, or that the image depicts you or someone you represent without consent)
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Our response

We review all takedown requests and aim to remove valid claims within 48 hours. For reports involving a real person's likeness used without consent, we remove the content immediately upon report and investigate the account for policy violations.

Repeat infringers

Accounts responsible for repeated valid takedown requests will be permanently suspended.
